Hey Kim. I wrote this article a few years ago after reading Email Zen. The article is from Zen Habits. I starting using the techniques then wrote my article a few months later (original article link is in my article). It literally changed my email life forever. I still have to work at it, but it works! I hope it helps you.

Finally, I'm back in digital contact. Had the whole day where I was out of cell range and no Internet. First off, thank you, thank you, thank you Kim!! I am in shock and feel like I won the lottery (at least I hope winning the lottery feels this good). Since meeting you (virtually) and talking with you on the phone once or twice, I have been truly impressed with your customer service and your expertise and am thrilled that you can help me upgrade to the next WordPress version.
