It took a long time to build up followers when I first started using Twitter but I was also very quiet and didn&#039;t say or post much so I wasn&#039;t giving anyone much of a reason to follow.  It seems like once you reach 1,000 followers it builds up a momentum and you get more and more followers every day.</description>
