(Anti) Social-Lists 5/17/09
I wrote a number of posts in advance because I knew I was going to be out of town for a couple of days. My weekly list, however, is much harder to do. I usually gather links throughout the week and then get the post ready on Friday or Saturday. This is the primary reason that this list is video intensive.
- How to Ask For Support – A comprehensive guide to the best ways to get WordPress support from plugin and other developers. I would stress the being friendly and polite part.
- Getting Started With The Thesis Theme and Resources – Kristi has written a great getting started guide for Thesis. With my guides like this people might actually be able to customize it.
- Koyaanisqatsi – More full length films are being offered on YouTube. Koyaanisqatsi had quite an impact on me when I first saw it but it is a little dated now. It is about how out of balance our relationship with nature is.
- Goo Party! – Jim Rocco takes an in depth look at where Cadbury is going with their new ad campaign. What is Cadbury thinking and is Rocco hilarious or what?

Maru and the Box – I posted this video a couple of weeks ago but the one after this is a parody of it so I thought I would include it again as a reference.

Thanks for the useful links, glad to know that now there are longer videos in youtube, before it was just like clips. But too bad it is blocked in China now, maybe temporarily, but no body knows.

Thanks for the getting started with Thesis link. I’m getting a new blog design built on Thesis (right terms?) and I’ll need to learn how to do little tweaks myself. Or maybe I won’t and just used this opportunity to brag about my totally fierce new blog design. ;-)

Thanks for sharing my article on Thesis. My hubby used to give one of our cats a bath when he (the cat) was younger. This is the same cat that I manged to feed a little veggie burger to, and he liked it. I guess some cats are just different. :)

Hi Kristi – Wow – I’ve never witnessed a successful cat bath. I wonder if my cats would eat veggie burgers – they probably would since they will
eat anything.
