Found a few things for you while I’m trying to complete a number of projects and get ready for vacation. The heat and humidity has been intense lately, which has made it very hard to focus. I’ve been feeling a little blue too but that’s probably a natural mood cycle.
- The Pros and Cons of Spec Work – I think the cons outweigh the pros and I don’t do spec work. I don’t have time to work for nothing.
How to Effectively Communicate with Developers – Useful advice for developers and those who need to work with them.- Annoying Facebook Updaters CNN’s pretty accurate article about types of Facebook users that are really annoying.
- Publish Your Facebook Page to Twitter – An interesting article about how to publish updates from your fan page to Twitter. I suppose if you use Twitter to update Facebook you can go round and round in an unending circle. ;-)
- Integrating Facebook Connect Using the Thesis Theme – Here’s a tutorial on how to set up Facebook Connect with the Thesis theme. Not for the fainthearted.

Its good to know that I don’t fall into any of the 12 Facebook categories. At least I don’t think I do. I do know some people who definitely fall into some of them.

Gosh I must be thick. Try as I might, I still just don’t get FB. Sure I have a page and everything is set up so my posts and tweets show up there, but I never just go and hang out. I think right now I’ve got something like 197 karma requests amongst other things. Sometimes it just seems like too much!
Cool links here, though. Yeah that Rick-rolled-nirvana vid is a hoot.

Facebook — I totally forgot about Facebook, yet I managed 2 weeks in Canada without it! And Twitter.
