Happy Halloween
Alex had a great time at the Halloween Parade yesterday. The weather was perfect and so many people showed up for it. Between Halloween and Philadelphia winning the World Series the city has been a little crazy.

Alex and I dyed Easter eggs today. She also colored them and used little star and heart stamps on them. A couple of pictures have been added to March 2008.

This morning Alex got up at 6am because she was so excited about Valentine’s Day and proceeded to spend 30 minutes making me a card. She drew a rose and wrote a poem. The poem says,
“I love you sweet as the roses
Roses are red violets are blue
Dear Mommy I love you”
She is so incredibly sweet.

We got our Christmas tree today and decorated it this afternoon. I have added photos to December 2007.

I have posted the pictures from Alex’s first day of school on 09/19/2007 (also Marc’s birthday).

Happy Father’s Day Daddy!!! I love you and I hope that you have a wonderful day.
Well, I finally posted new photos. They are on December 2006 and March 2007.

Well, so much time has gone by since I last posted - I haven’t even done the Christmas photos yet. Alex had an interesting Valentine’s Day. We had a snowstorm and all the schools were closed - I think it’s the first time Alex has cried about not having to go to school. Marc stayed home with her and made sure that she had a really fun day - I had to work later so I was with them in the morning. Grandma Alma gave her a couple of books and Grammy gave her a beautiful doll. And then Alex got to have an extended Valentine’s Day because they had their school party and card exchange a day late on the 15th.
We’ve been working on registering Alex for Kindegarten in September and getting her into an afterschool program. So far, things have been going smoother then expected. Alex seems excited about Kindegarten and Marc and I are looking forward to decreased childcare expenses.
