The Complete Start - $500
Perfect for new bloggers. This package includes a 30-minute personal consultation to determine your blogging needs and wants, followed by a webhost recommendation, blog software installation, design and customization of selected themes and templates, plugin recommendations and installation, css enhancements, and 5 hours of training and support for any questions or troubleshooting issues.
Blog Conversion - $500
For those who started blogging on a free Blogger or Wordpress.com blog and now want your own domain. This package includes a 30-minute personal consultation to determine your blogging needs and wants, followed by a webhost recommendation, blog software installation, export of all post and comments data, import of all data to new platform, design and customization of selected themes and templates, plugin recommendations and installation, css enhancements, and 3 hours of training and support for any questions or troubleshooting issues.
Template Conversion - $300
For those who have HTML or CSS templates and want to have them converted to WordPress. Up to 12 pages will be converted and WordPress enabled. Additional features, wordpress installation, or training will be done at my hourly rate.
Plugin Optimization - $225
For those who want to enhance their blogs with plugins. This package includes a 30-minute consultation, a review of your site’s capabilities, individualized plugin recommendations, and installation. If you want to install more than 5 plugins, or need additional training on plugin usage and customization, the hourly rate will apply.
Social Networking Optimization - $150
For those who have a webhost, installed a blogging platform, selected a theme, started posting articles and are wondering, “now what?” This package includes 3 hours of training on the use of social networks to entice new visitors, community-building strategies, and the best practices for presenting yourself as an expert in your field.
All Year Long - $1200
For those who don’t want to worry about the technical part of their blog. Hire me as your Technical Consultant for a year long commitment and I will take care of all technical issues so you can do what you do best - blogging. This package entitles you to 2.5 hours a month of guaranteed site optimization, which can be used for upgrades, fixes and troubleshooting or for site customizations and consulting. A monthly backup of all your files and of your database is included. As a regular client, the needs of your site will come first. This package is also available month to month for $110/month.
General support - $50 per hour, or $400 for 10 hours
For general troubleshooting, quick plugin installation, or easy upgrades for your blog. Types of support offered include; theme customizations, plugin tweaks, rearranging of sidebar items, installation of adsense advertising, rss fixes and rss integration with feedburner, css enhancements, template conversions, search engine optimization, and training in the usage of your blogging platform.
