I've heard good things about Camstasia but haven't made enough of these yet (I've done 2) to warrant purchasing software. Sure, they can be a little dry sometimes, but there is no other possible way to pack in so much information in a such a short time. That being said, I loved the video, Kim. And as for tech support voice...I'm going to vote for sexy - customer support voice. Easy to listen to and the information is succinct and easy to follow.
