Wow! It’s already October, which is one of my favorite months. The weather is usually pretty mild in Philly and Halloween is one of my favorite holidays. I’m planning some Halloween related content in the next couple of weeks.
But for now I have soccer, twitter, urban farming, WordPress, freelancing and more.

I’m finally readjusting to the back to school schedule – I really liked not having to be anywhere at a specific time. I’ve been tired but have been busy and the days are definitely getting shorter.

Projects, end of the school year, World Cup 2010 … there is just so much going on for me right now. I seem to get ahead with my posts and then suddenly have no posts and am scrambling to stay on schedule. Well, I don’t usually schedule the Sunday links in advance even though I do tend to have a number of bookmarks ready to go.

It has been one year since I left my full time job and started freelancing full time. The one year anniversary is actually tomorrow but I don’t post on Tuesdays so this is going to have to be close enough. ;-)
I can’t believe it’s been a year already. I’ve had some ups and downs, some good months and some really crappy ones. But, a year later, I can say that I made the right decision for me professionally and for my relationship with my daughter.
