This week I’ve got some Twitter, WordPress, social media, some funny stuff, and much more. I’m getting very nervous … I have less than one week until the 7 year old sleepover. I think it’s going to be fun, annoying and exhausting.
How to Edit and Delete Facebook Applications
Note 2/20/10: Since the last Facebook update there is no longer a toolbar at the bottom of the screen. To edit and delete Facebook applications, go to the top right – Account > Application Settings.
On Monday I discussed why every Twitter update should not be integrated with your Facebook status.
In the comments someone asked how to turn this off. This raised one of my main issues with Facebook – using it is unintuitive. I’ve spent quite a bit of time with Facebook recently and I still get tripped up. It’s almost as if once you install an application you aren’t ever supposed to remove it or change the settings.
So, here’s a quick tutorial for edit and deleting Facebook applications.
Epic Change – May 2009 Finalist at Ideablob
June 9, 2009 – EpicChange won the 10,000 for the technology lab in Tanzania. Thanks to everyone who voted!!!
Epic Change is one of the May 2009 finalists who could win $10,000 toward implementing their idea!! It would be awesome if you would head over to Ideablob and vote for them. A free registration is required but you won’t be spammed. Taking a couple minutes of your time will really help out Epic Change.
And what does Epic Change plan to do with the money if they win? They are working on expanding a primary school in Tanzania and ultimately want to add a technology center for the kids. Students are also learning lots of technological trends at One Click Power. Wouldn’t it be great for the kids to have access to technology that we take for granted?
(Anti) Social-Lists 4/5/09
Aahh … it’s April. The weather is getting warmer … well, I think it is – my house is very cold since the heat is turned off for the season. Apparently that builds character or so I’m told. And while I’m happy that Spring is here/coming April is not one of my favorite months. I’m not sure why but November and April are the saddest times of the year for me – maybe it has something to do with the change from one season to another. It also rains an awful lot in April. I don’t mind rain but since I walk everywhere and half the time I’m with a 6 year old, it can get a little annoying. Anyway, on to the links …

Somehow it’s already the end of March – I’m not sure how that happened. The trees are budding and the daffodils are blooming. We get a lot of rain here in April but overall it’s a gorgeous month.
This week I have information about twitter, sweetcron, social media monitoring, mental health in the United States, and three fun videos.
